☀️Summer 2023 KIDS Yoga (Ages 7-11)

Tuesdays June 6th- June 27th 9:30am-10:30am

Kids need YOGA too to calm the mind and body allowing them to experience more JOY! 
Bring your 7-11 year old this summer to Yoga Pointe! 
Kids Yoga teaches children flexibility, focus, how to breathe, balance and build confidence through yoga practice and activity! 
*Adult classes will be at the same time, so you are able to bring your child to kids yoga and stay for
Yoga & Meditation or INTRO to HOT Yoga !

🎼Surrender through Sound Bath Meditation
Saturday, June 24th 3pm-430pm

Deeply immerse yourself in a full-body healing yoga practice and sound journey that engages you in gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes. Be guided through a mindful and intentional yoga practice to prepare you for a deep relaxation where singing bowls will release old energies to reset your nervous system so your body, mind, and spirit are nourished
for the year to come.

*This class is for all levels: you will gently stretch, breathe and practice a few restorative poses and then just as you settle into savasana you will be set free to bathe in the sound of the crystal bowls. 
**In preparation for a sound bath: one should try and relax and avoid strenuous activity prior to the presentation.  Be sure to keep up with hydration throughout the day as sufficient water in the body will allow sound waves to travel more efficiently.  Eat light and healthy that day, participation is best on an empty stomach so as not to take away from the process of digestion.  Set a positive intention and wear comfortable clothing, please no smart watches.
