This all levels warm flow class is designed to ignite your fire on the inside & get you glistening on the outside. You can expect an inventive sequence with options to crank it up or tone it down & groovy music to funk-i-fy your experience. This 'Happy Hour' will conclude with a savasana to soak in the endless benefits.
This is a combo of our All Levels Flow and Yin styles. You get the best of both worlds. Flow and Yin create the perfect yoga practice. Ignite your inner fire with a challenging flow practice then, internalize that energy with a deep stretch yin practice.
This class creates a strong foundation using the various principles of yoga including centering, breath work, and creative sequencing of physical poses that will help you balance, strengthen and stretch your body. Whether a beginner, a seasoned practitioner, or working through a physical injury, this is a great way to relax and rejuvenate.
Enjoy the benefits of yoga in a gentle, seated class. Perfect for those who are new to yoga, who have mobility or balance issues, or who just want to experience yoga in a relaxed, comfortable position.
This style class is a carefully sequenced practice that moves at a steady pace building internal heat and heart rate. Poses are linked by strong practice of intentional yogic breath and mindful intention.
Hot 60 & 75
This vitalizing intermediate sequenced 60 minute class is a branch of our Hatha classes. You will practice & hold postures for several breaths, pausing between poses to achieve optimal health for your body. The class will be designed to build strength, create flexibility & work toward achieving more balance in your body & your life. Different poses & breathing techniques will be incorporated in each class.
Hot 60 & Yin (90 min)
This is a carefully sequenced 60 or 75 minute class, taught in a heated room (100-104 degrees), where you will hold postures for several breaths and pause between poses. The class will start with standing postures and move into floor postures. The sequence will incorporate different poses and breathing techniques which will change from class to class. Bring towels, water & hydrate days before attending!
Intermediate Yoga (non-heated)
This a version of our regular Hot 60 min class with a 30 minute Yin practice added at the end. Bring towel, water & hydrate days before attending!
Intermediate Yoga (warm)
This class is for those who have a solid foundational yoga practice, moderate strength, and a desire to take it up a notch. It is a vitalizing creatively sequenced class of more challenging postures that moves at an energetic pace.
Kids (BIG) Karma Yoga (9-12 year olds)-available in the summer
This is a version of our intermediate yoga class practiced in a heated (85 degrees) environment.
Kids (MINI) Yoga (5-8 year olds)-available in the summer
This fun yoga class provides your child with a peaceful environment so they are able to unwind. They will learn how to stretch, build strength and balance as they develop breath awareness & mindfulness.
This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children will learn how to strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing & relaxation techniques.
Teen Yoga (9th-12th grade high schoolers)
This class will help you to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. It can also help you recover from illness and injury. You will practice supported, passive stretches, breathing exercises and integrate meditation.
Teens are in need of easing the everyday stresses and pressures in their lives, probably as much or more than adults. We are so excited to offer this class for our high school students (9th-12th grade) to allow them to pause in between the hectic schedule of school,sports, jobs, friends, boyfriends and girlfriends, studying and socializing! Teens can practice at their own level to experience the positive physical, emotional, spiritual and social benefits that yoga has to offer as this class rotates through the many styles of yoga! Ideal for high school athletes!
This class is a series of poses held for several minutes in order to stretch beyond muscle and deep into connective tissue & fascia. It is perfect for relieving stiffness, back tension, hip tightness and is an excellent practice for athletes.
Zen Flow & Slow Zen Flow
This class will mindfully integrate the use of small hand weights into the yoga sequence to build strength in many of the smaller muscles and weaker areas of the body. This added strength will assist in creating balance of strength and flexibility, build bone density, improve balance, increase core stability, and strengthen muscles that support the joints.
This asana flow practice is for flow practitioners of all levels with a meditation incorporated at the end of class. The class will calm your body as your breath through each pose and the meditation will calm your mind....it's the perfect balance. *Our Slow Zen Flow is a slower paced variation of our All Levels Flow with an extended meditation at the end.
