and private instruction using yoga, breathing, and meditative techniques.
Private instruction will be tailored to your physical and emotional
needs. It can be used as adjunct treatments for various medical and
mental health conditions, such as (but not limited to) pregnancy, menopause,
obesity, physical limitations, depression, anxiety and marital issues.

2010 Yoga Classes
All yoga classes, groups, and workshops will be
held at my office at 215 East Bay St. in downtown Lakeland. The classes
are limited so plan your schedules. The classes will be taught for all
levels and will be individualized to meet your needs. The classes will
be therapeutic in nature. The goal will be to maximize your practice
by creating awareness and attention within your body and your mind.
Even within the group class format you will get individual attention.

**This class is reserved for those who have at least 6 months of yoga practice and no physical injuries.
Cost & Props:
The cost is for class operates on a donation basis
only. The suggested donation per class is $5. Donations can be made on-line or
in person. The donations assist in paying for supplies for the free
workshops offered and the props for the classes. I have limited props
available for use so bring your mat, strap, block, and blankets if you
have them.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy as an integral part of Complementary
and Alternative Medicine.
Its main foci are treatment of particular physical and emotional ailments
and teaching people yoga techniques for managing their health problems.
